The mat should be lined up with the gray line on the bottom part of the cameo not pushed all the way up against the gray cylinder. I waited some more while trying to fix the problem myself to no avail and finally i came to this site and happened upon your sage advice and my wonderful cameo 3 is again cutting like a dream. Machine will not cut no cut lines send to cameo and says job complete and it never cut a thing.

However the rollers are a bit different. Blue white lock is not locked going right along with the blade not being full in the holder if the blade lock is not fully turned to the right to lock the blade into place on a cameo 1 or 2 or if the lock isn t push fully in on a cameo 3 it can also cause the silhouette blade not to cut or not to cut correctly. I was so far off. I checked a lot of tutorials and i placed the mat the same way three times.
